Company Profile: UBR Services started operations in 1993 with over 30 years experience in customer service. Initially the business provided support services to the automobile repair industry. The company utilized variable data files to design, implement and manage personalized customer service programs. In 1995, we expanded and opened a retail photocopy centre. With the acquisition of high volume digital printing equipment, we also started providing printing services to small business. These services were expanded in 2000 with the acquisition of a TR Systems MicroPress system. With the ability to control up to 12 high speed laser printers and a high speed scanner, we added book and manual production and many other high volume digital printing services. We have also moved into digital colour systems as well over the last 10 years and are currently operating high speed colour equipment providing print options for graphic, business and communication quality work for our customers. The addition of a KIP Engineering system and an HP Colour plotter enabled us to fullfill the needs of the design and construction industry that utilize CAD programs. We process millions of documents each year. We are PC based and process files from Microsoft Office, Excel, Powerpoint, AutoCad, Microsoft Publisher (Service Provider), CorelDraw, Adobe and PDF workflows. We utilize equipment from Konica-Minolta, Okidata, Ricoh, Risograph, KIP, HP, TR Systems and Xerox. We are proud of the awards and recognition we have received over the years from our local business community and our customers and from the many community organizations we support and sponsor. Our focus is to provide on demand print services to our customers by utilizing current technologies and delivering high quality work quickly and economically.
